We see a bunch of different cases from peoples heads exploding when they get mad, shitty tattoos that migrate around the body, vomit aliens hatching from eggs that are puked up, and even protozoic feces. The two best cases being the Human Face Carbuncle and the Zombification.
In Human Face, a lowlife gangster is stricken with an odd disfigurement where a tumor that looks like a face forms on his belly. He wants to be rid of it because it speaks so properly and has such good manners, its unbecoming of a gangster! DDW tests the carbuncle and decides that it is the one with the true talent! It could be a star! Its seen dancing in the middle of a crowd as the gangster covers his face, entertaining children.
The Zombification show a couple in which the man has been stricken by Zombie Rot Syndrome. It shows him at different stages, trying on clothes, shopping, at the local bath house. The best comes at the end when its just him at a little sushi stand with DDW, they horrible raunchy jokes they tell, deep throating and such... its just hilarious and the best part is you can see the actors having so much fun and cracking up as they deliver their lines.
This movie is just fun. I love it. You want some gory, raunchy goodness? Watch it!
